🗓 Appointment Cancellation

 

 

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.

 

 

 

💳 Refunds

 

 

• Refunds are available only for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If a technical issue or error occurs during payment, please contact us immediately for resolution.

 

 

 

⏱ Missed Sessions

 

 

• If you miss a session without notice (a “no-show”), the full session fee applies and no refund will be issued.

• One courtesy reschedule may be offered per client in special circumstances.

Ren understands that life can be unpredictable. If you experience an emergency or unavoidable situation, please get in touch as soon as possible — consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.
